While there may be some of you RAWKING OUT to a supremely catchy summer-jam-in-the-making, otherwise known as Britney Spears' new song for The Smurfs 2 soundtrack, Ooh La La, as it leaked onto the internet a few days back, you may very well want to prepare yourselves!

Because according to the pop sensation, the version we've all heard is merely the DEMO!

But don't fret! The release of the OFFICIAL version is right around the corner!

As she explained last night via Twitter:

I heard an early demo of #OohLaLa smurfed its way onto the internet today :(The real version will be at radio and iTunes June 16th :)

This is just so, SO EXCITING!

Although the only two folks confirmed to be returning to the X Factor judges panel for the reality competition's upcoming third season are Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato, it appears that this will all change on Monday afternoon - as that's when the two latest recruits will be announced!

Simon took to Twitter early this morning to reveal:

We start x factor auditions in charleston on Tuesday. The new panel will be announced Monday. This is going to be an interesting show!

And it certainly sounds like it will be, especially if the latest speculation turns out to be true!

Remember when we reported that Kelly Rowland was in serious negotiations to join the series?

Insiders are now confirming that the former Destiny's Child starlet is thisclose to finalizing her deal, which means she'll be bringing her past experience on the X Factor UK across the pond to us!

Which means that if everything goes as planned, and recently-speculated Paulina Rubio also ends up in one of the coveted seats, we'll be watching Simon face off against three very FEROSH, talented ladies this fall!

We KNEW we we felt like staying especially classy, today!

And now, we know WHY!

After all sorts of fun this week watching the likes of Kanye West, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Kirsten Dunst filming their cameo appearances in the long-awaited Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues, they all PALE in comparison to the GLORY that is this just-released, first official theatrical trailer for what we're sure will be a HIGHlarious sequel!

And although we don't get to see any real footage of what's to come, we couldn't be more delighted to see Will Ferrell, David Koechner, Paul Rudd, and our beloved Steve Carell re-introducing their characters' to our minds and hearts!

Well, sort of!

Just watch for yourself to find out what booze breath, snake venom, fat faces, and Easter all have in common (above)!

As more shocking and disturbing details emerge from Wade Robson's claims that he was, in fact, sexually abused by Michael Jackson for seven years during his childhood and adolescence, it appears that the woman who first spoke of his possible molestation at the hands of the pop icon during his 2005 trial will now be detrimental to this most recent civil lawsuit...even though the choreographer claimed she was LYING back then!

As you may recall, Blanca Francia worked as a housekeeper at the Neverland Ranch, where Jackson resided, back in the late 1980s. During the 2005 molestation trial, she testified that she saw Michael showering with Wade back when he was 7 or 8, and although she couldn't see what was happening because of steam from the water, she heard her boss laughing.

Of course, Wade's testimony at the time disputed pretty much all of that, but now, as he builds his case against MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures - whom he now argues had a responsibility to keep him safe, as they recruited him as a child to begin with - his lawyers are hard at work dissecting the events Francia described, to see if they match up with his more recent account of events.

Furthermore, they are in the process of getting in touch with her, to see if she'll cooperate in the new case!

And we sincerely hope that she will!

Coming to terms with childhood abuse is such a delicate, unbelievably difficult process, and we sincerely hope that this can be resolved with as little pain and as much compassion as possible.

Oh no! This sounds SUPER frightening!

It's no secret that Jennifer Lawrence manages to almost always come off as down to Earth and charming, but apparently, the famous starlet's very likable demeanor has attracted a fan that has gone way too far with his adoration for her...and also her family!

23-year-old Han Cong Zhao, a Chinese-born Canadian citizen, is currently being held on $100,000 bail in Kentucky after leaving 200 voice mails on the Jen's brother Blaine Lawrence's cell phone, and then on April 18th, flew down to Louisville, where he left him a threatening message, which said:

“I find you or you come to me. You got me really upset, when I am upset, wait and see what happens.”

And the crazy doesn't stop there!

This guy THEN went to the Indian Hills Police Department, where he asked Chief Kelly Spratt how he could contact the actress' parents, and continued to call her poor brother, before was he involuntarily held at Central State Hospital for three weeks!

Zhao was released on May 8th, charged with stalking and harassment, and yet still thought it appropriate to give Spratt two letters for Jen, in which he referred to her as "Mary," or “his Mary, referencing Biblical Mary.”

Still with us here? Because that's STILL not all!

After Jefferson District Judge Annette Karem ordered Zhao to be held on $100,000 bond until his July 23rd trial, as she believed “the victims are in serious danger.” That didn't fly with his public defender, Erin Melchior, who then suggested that:

“Because of the people this allegedly involved we are trying to fix things from the get-go.”

This apparently caused Karem to get SO UPSET that she had to leave the bench for a few minutes, and after returning, opened a serious can of whoop-ass:

“Excuse me — fix things? I take serious offense at that statement. I know you are vehemently advocating for your client and I understand that. But I want you to understand there is no citizen in this community who is any more important than any other. Maybe from the outside looking in that is what it may seem. My concern is based solely on the facts of this case.”

In a statement from attorney Brad Hume, the Lawrence family expressed their appreciation for the “responsiveness and professionalism” of the Indiana Hills Police Department and the county attorney, but also are adamant that:

“Beyond that the Lawrences asked that their privacy be respected. This is not something they invited.”

Obviously NOT! Yeesh!

Were just so glad that this guy was apprehended before this situation escalated any further! It definitely does sound as though there was a potential for this to get a whole lot more dangerous!

Seriously?! Wasn't once enough!

By now, we're sure you're familiar with the supremely stoopid SWATTING pranks that have plagued the Los Angeles Police Department and celebrities alike for the past year or so, which involves someone calling 9-1-1 to claim that the famous face in question is being attacked in their home, only for authorities to arrive and find nothing but a false alarm!

Unfortunately, this has happened to Miley Cyrus back in August...and now, she's been victimized once again!

According to sources, police received a new call around 8:55PM last night from a woman who said she was calling from her closet, and that shots were being fired in her home!

Of course, when the fuzz made it to the scene, they realized that they were back at the MileyBird's residence, and as gurlfriend was not even there, they were once again wasting their time on a false alarm!

Ugh! ENOUGH with this nonsense already!

This has just gone on waaay too long - which those responsible should probably realize now, seeing as they're just repeating the same prank on the same people!

Here's hoping this is an indication that this foolishness will be done with FOR GOOD...and soon!

If you want to go by their upcoming seating arrangements at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, of course!

Last week Jim Jones returned to the scene to push his new Vampire Life album.  Check out pics of him and his fiancee Chrissy celebrating in NYC...

On Thursday, Hot 97's DJ Drewski teamed up with rapper Jim Jones for a listening event for Jimmy's Vampire Life EP.  The #WeOwnTheNight event went down at Rosewood in New York City.  And Dame Dash and Maino came out to support.

Dame--who's dealing with on some serious money troubles right now--may have some type of stake in the Vampire Life movement as he was rocking the hat to court the other day.

Chrissy was there to support her fiancee with her former "Chrissy & Mr. Jones" co-star Talia Coles.

And Jim kicked it with host DJ Drewski and Pure.

We hear Chrissy & Jimmy are gearing up for another season of their VH1 reality show.  We'll be watching...and hoping a wedding finally goes down....

Mr. West had a lot to scream off his chest Saturday night on 'SNL". As the musical guest for the fifth time, Kanye debuted a brand new track called "Black Skinhead" and his other new track "New Slaves."

Check out both of Kanye's rock-style performances where he's bringing his social consciousness to the world, plus his new album artwork for Yeezus....

'Ye debuted an interesting track called "Black Skinhead" on "SNL".  And through all of the screaming and slight auto-tune, we could tell he was saying some powerful ish.  While images of fire, political slogans, advertisements and more played in the background (one said "Not For Sale"), Kanye was on 100 living the crowd a rock-style performance.

And if you're thinking that all dude needed was black nails and lipstick and we could have mistaken him for Marilyn Manson for that performance, you're not too far off.  The music reportedly sampled a Marilyn Manson song.  Check out his performance of "Black Skinhead" above.

By the way, Virgil (Kanye's right hand) posted the lyrics to the track saying Kanye literally wrote "Black Skinhead" minutes before his performance. Luckily the network let him perform that piece on live TV (y'all know they like to know what they're getting before something airs live).

And here's his other performance from the night, "New Slaves." This performance comes one day after Kanye showed the visuals for the track guerrilla style in 66 cities around the world....projected against buildings.

According to his girlfriend Kim Kardashian's latest Instagram pic, the Chi-Town native's upcoming album is called Yeezus (of course) and will be released June 18th.  Kim posted the album artwork below saying, "#Yeezus #RedYeezy's #SNL #Tonight #NewSlaves #YeezySeason #Donda #June18"

And she even took some time out her busy performance/party schedule to co-sign Kanye West's "New Slaves" track saying, "New Slaves. You damn right, Kanye."

The night before he's set to take the stage at the season finale of "SNL," Kanye West debuted a new song and video--guerrilla style--in 10 cities across the globe.  Check out his conscious rap "New Slaves" and how he delivered it, plus Jennifer Lopez's new video for "Live It Up"...

Kanye sent out a tweet yesterday announcing his new video saying:

“NEW SONG AND VISUAL FROM MY NEW ALBUM BEING PROJECTED TONIGHT ACROSS THE GLOBE ON 66 BUILDINGS, LOCATIONS @ KANYEWEST.COM."

And over at his website, he provided a map of all the places in every city that the song and visual would be projected.  So in the U.S., Europe and Australia, Kanye debuted "New Slaves" for the world.

Why did he choose this way and no official Youtube release?  Well, we picked out a few lyrics from his rap (that we're loving by the way) that may explain.  Yeezy is on a f*ck the corporations tip.  And he's doing things his way.  This means that instead of being a "slave" to corporations like Youtube or advertisers or his label, he's showcasing his music where, when and how he wants to.  And this time, he projected it on buildings....likely with no permits or anything. Gotta love the rawness.

Here's a few lyrics where he discusses new age racism and new age slavery.  With seemingly complete opposite beliefs than his girlfriend, Kanye is speaking against people being slaves to businesses, corporations, publicity, societal pressures and their own minds:

"My mama was raised in the era when, clean water was only served to the fairer skin."

"Used to only be n*ggas, now everybody playing.  Spending everything on Alexander Wang, new slaves."

"There's leaders, there's followers.  I'd rather be a d*ck than a swallower."

"I move my family out the country so y'all can't see where I stay."

"They tryna to lock n*ggas up, The tryna to make new slaves, That's that private owned prison, get your piece today.  They probably all in the Hamptons all bragging about what they made, f*ck you and your Hampton house, I f*cked your Hampton spouse."

Toward the end of the song he breaks out singing.  And after the verse, the video plays with his face on the screen for another minute, likely for a powerful effect.  Check out a capture from one of the NYC locations below:

Free your minds!  Reportedly, his newest project (a follow up album to My Beautiful Dark & Twisted Fantasy), will drop June 18th.

In other videos, the sexy Jennifer Lopez released her "Live It Up" video ft. Pitbull.  She shot it on Miami Beach this month and model Eva Marcille also makes an appearance.  Check out the sexy summer-ready visuals below: 

The RedOne-produced dance track "Live It Up" will appear on her yet-to-be-titled album dropping later this year.

The mystery surrounding Beyonce's reported second pregnancy is becoming more odd by the hour.  He own "sis" Kelly Rowland seemed to not know she was pregnant when paparazzi asked her about it on the street yesterday.  And a member of Bey's crew has also semi-denied the rumors.  But there's still reason to believe it could all very well be true....

Kelly Rowland answered with a confused "What?!" yesterday when TMZ's paparazzi asked how she felt about Beyonce's new pregnancy.  She could have been playing it off, but we've seen her acting skills.  So either she honestly didn't know or her "act surprised" act bombed.  Because something seemed totally off here:

Then Beyonce's Graphic Designer, Matthew, RT'd a fan last night who said, "Bey definitely isn't pregnant.  She is posting videos and pictures and sh*t.  Kween is UNBOTHERED."

Oddly, he deleted the RT 15 minutes after, but everyone saw it.  So was he trying to make an official denial on Bey's behalf?  Or did he find out the actual truth and then decided to erase the fan's comment?

E! Online, who originally confirmed the news via multiple sources, is sticking by their story.  They also said late last night that a source told them her pregnancy should not affect her North American tour dates.

And Jay's friends like Russell Simmons and the company he partly owns, Carol's Daughter, have all tweeted an official Congratulations.

Meanwhile, Beyonce, who takes the stage tonight in Milan, did, in fact, post new photos last night.  There are a few from her and Jay's trip to Cuba and more from her concerts in Europe.  Check out the pics above and below:

Lil' Wayne, Birdman and Toya Wright all turned up to watch Reginae Carter graduated middle school.  See the pics inside and find out what Reggie Bush named his baby girl. 

Reginae Carter, the daughter of hip-hop king Lil' Wayne and Toya Wright is growing up!  The Paparazzi Princesses author AND honor roll student graduated from middle school this week with her mom, Toya Wright and dad, Lil' Wayne there to cheer her on. 

Proud mama Toya shared a few pics on instagram of her mom, Wayne's mom and family friends saying, "I'm so proud of my angel. Honor Roll student on her way to highschool. Beauty and Brains. #proudmama"

Memphitz was there to cheer on Reginae as well.

And taking a page out of Russell and Kimora's blended family book, everyone got together and posed for a great family photo: Lil' Wayne, Toya, Birdman (with daughter Bria and son Bryan) and Memphitz.

And in baby news....

As we previously reported, Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush and his fiancee Lilit Avagyan welcomed a beautiful baby girl recently.  And now, we've learned her name -- Briseis. If you're wondering where he got the name from, Reggie explained it to Life & Style,

"It's Greek. We were watching the movie Troy and my fiancée, who was my girlfriend at the time, said, 'If we ever have a daughter, can we name her that?' And a couple of months later, wouldn't you know! The name was picked out months before she was even thought about. It's crazy."

And the first-time father also revealed that he went through a range of emotions on May 6, the day Briseis was born.

"I was nervous, I was excited, I was scared, I was happy. Every emotion possible was running through me. And then you're like, 'I can't believe this is my baby.' It was really emotional when I was first holding her."

Now that he and Lilit has a bundle of joy...things have changed.  When asked how fatherhood has changed him, he told L&S,

"It has grounded me more. When you have a child, everything you do is about them," he confides. "You're thinking about your child first. Everything. It's grounded me a lot more."

Congrats to the happy couple.

Zoe Saldana hit NYC last night to chat up the press about her upcoming flick, Star Trek Into Darkness. Check out what she revealed to the crowd about passing her hard work ethic down to her niece, why she doesn't accept small money, and why she never wants to retire...

The 34-year-old beauty has been making major promo rounds lately for the new Star Trek flick.  And TheYBF.com hit up the intimate Q&A session & screener in NYC last night where Zoe dished training hard for her role as Uhura and why she'll never stop working.  And she'll keep rocking these blockbuster films until it doesn't make her happy anymore.

"I never want to retire," Zoe told the crowd. "What am I going to do, gardening? I want to keep growing, I'll always need to learn something, someone will always want me to teach them something. I'm always going to be evolving in my career. Right now, I've finally found something that makes me happy. I've been doing this for over 10 years and it makes me happy. And the moment this business doesn't make happy, I am going to do something else."

Zoe doesn't believe in the word "celebrity" because she works her ass off for what she gets.  And she's not going the easy route of some "celebs" and sleeping with a producer for the role.

 "Words like celebrity don't exist.  If you're in it for game, get out of it. It's always a producer to shag."

She also spoke about who she would groom in this business--and it's her niece. But Zoe's not tolerating any slacking whatsoever.  And no small wages for hard work. She said:

"I have a 10 year old niece so I would want to share with her and hope she got good experiences out if it.  I'm very Latino. And [the reputation of us] working for 40 years like an animal and getting a 14 year old's wage is old. It's capitalism. We've been somebody since the day we were born. You can be anybody. You are just one person and you're unique. If my niece one day wants to be an actress, she will work her ass off. I work my ass off.  And when I get freebies, I deserve them."

Well said Zoe.

In the latest issue of JET, Miami Heat baller Dwyane Wade opens up about raising his sons and tells how his drama-filled custody battle put a strain on his co-parenting relationship with ex-wfe Siohvaughn Funches.  We can only imagine.  See the highlights inside:

After penning a successful memoir on parenting, A FATHER FIRST: How My Life Became Bigger than Basketball, and starring in DOVE's "Men+Care" Fatherhood Campaign, Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade opened up to JET Magazine this week about the life experiences that shaped his parenting.  And his cover shot looks damn good.

From his prolonged custody battle, to his mom's addiction to heroin and alcohol, the gold-medal winning athlete gets candid about his role as a full-time dad.  Here are the highlights:

Wade on his reason for pushing through the difficult custody battle:
“I didn’t set out to get full custody but I wasn’t able to see my kids the way I wanted and I’m not a parent who’s going to run away from his responsibilities. I was probably a terrible husband, but I pride myself on being a good dad.”

Wade on his rocky relationship with estranged ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches:
“It’s been six years and hopefully one day she and I can get to the point where it’s a lot easier than it is now to co-parent.”

Mom Jolinda Wade on how Dwyane's dad impacted his fathering:
"Dwyane came up not having a father around, so he didn’t think he was missing anything. But having his father take over the key role in parenting was very impactful. That was the first view he got as a young man to see what to do and what not to do.”

Dwyane on his fathering skills of his two sons Zaire, 11, and Zion, 5 and nephew Dahveon Morris, 11 (who he has legal guardianship of):

“I’m the kind of parent who asks my kids questions like what would be your ideal thing to do in the summer? This year it’s Disney World,” explains Wade, the proud father of two boys. Even though I make the final decision, I want them to feel involved. Not only in vacations but other things as well.”

Kerry Washington was joined by series creator Shonda Rhimes and her fellow "Scandal" co-stars for "An Evening With Scandal" last night.  Get the deets on the series pulling off its best ratings yet inside....  

Last night, Kerry Washington (shown above with co-star Jeff Perry aka meanie Cyrus) attended "An Evening With Scandal" presented by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in North Hollywood last night.  Our fave fashionista "fixer" wore a pink sleeveless frock with a cute bow at the waist.

Meanwhile, series creator and head writer Shonda Rhimes wore a stylish blue coat as she celebrated what became the series' best night ever!  Last night's season finale (that had us laid out with multiple wine bottles and a racing pulse) became the series' most watched episode, easily winning its time slot and reaching an all-time high in each of the key women's demographic groups (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54).

Also, the show ended the season as ABC's most social program with over 4.3 million tweets. The season finale had over 571,353 tweets alone (the highest of any episode)!

TV personality Shaun Robinson turned up in a sexy hot pink frock.

And the season finale's breakout star, Joe Morton, (whom you may remember as Sen. Byron Douglas from "A Different World") was all smiles.  We're sure Joe knows that his name is on the tip of everyone's tongue today.  And every Scandal fan knows why....

The rumor mill has been extra busy for the last couple of weeks about Beyoncé Knowles being "with child" for the second time.  No credible reports backed the rumor....until now.

Well, well, well.  There goes the weekend and all other news.  We held off on co-signing the rumor previously because there were no credible source confirming, and Bey's camp is tighter than f'in Fort Knox with their secrets.  But now, there's one.

According to E! News, Beyoncé is pregnant again!  The website reports this afternoon:

Superstar supermom Beyoncé is expecting her second child with hubby Jay-Z, multiple sources exclusively confirm to E! News.

In a recent interview with ABC News during her press event for her upcoming animated flick EPIC, Beyonce--who's pictured above a few minutes ago backstage at her concert stop in Zurich--said she definitely wants more kids.  And she said the couple's baby girl Blue Ivy needs some company.  But when she was asked about when exactly she would be popping out another kid, she remained coy, giggled and said, "It'll happen when it's supposed to happen."

Was that a clue?  Hmmm.

Her recent tour stop cancellation in Belgium for "dehydration & exhaustion" raised even more eyebrows.  Especially because she's never cancelled a performance in her entire career.

All we want to know is, will this chick be 6-7 months pregnant trying to shake her way to being Independent and trying to Upgrade folks at her Brooklyn tour stop in August?  Because aint nobody got time for that!  We want the full fledged stage-takeover that she always brings.

The couple's good friend Russell Simmons also tweeted a congratulatory message to them.  We would hope Russ would have hit Jay on the hip first before tweeting.  But who knows.

As her team handles a $5 million lawsuit against Topshop, Rihanna was seen struggling with her ultra-revealing pants during a peek-a-boo stroll through New York last night. Get the legal deets inside and watch footage from Nicki Minaj's TEEN VOGUE spread....

Rihanna was seen heading back to her hotel room in NYC last night. 

Wearing a tight pair of black leather trousers with a midriff baring top, Riri was forced to adjust and re-adjust her pants so photographers wouldn't get a shot of her goodies.

But bare booty views aren't the only struggles facing the pop starlet.  As her "Styled To Rock" show comes over to the States, her legal team is  embroiled in a nasty $5 Million lawsuit with Topshop. It seems the company is making a ton of money selling t-shirts with her image on them...without her permission.  

A source close to the situation says negotiations between the company and Rihanna started out friendly...but took a dive once they only offered her $5K.  Insulting! Her camp turned down the offer and Topshop ignored the rejection and sold the t-shirts anyway!  They essentially told her they would do whatever the hell the please.  Now...Riri wants them to pay up. The source told Page Six,

“Rihanna’s management asked Topshop a number of times to stop selling her image and were told, ‘We do what we want.’ They buy the pictures from a photographer, but they do not pay the artist licensing fees. Unfortunately, UK law does not protect the artist.  What is most offensive for Rihanna is that they basically told her, ‘Go to hell. We don’t care; we are going to continue selling you.’

But fans of Rihanna shouldn't expect to get their hands on any of those shirts here in the States. The source added,

"Topshop is now in the United States. They set up in Manhattan and Nordstrom, but they know better than to do this in the US because they would get in trouble.”

For their part, Topshop isn't admitting any wrongdoing.  In fact....they seem to pass the buck off on the supplier (though they did CHOOSE to sell the shirts). A rep said,

“This issue is related to a T-shirt provided to Topshop by a third-party supplier. We are aware it is the subject of litigation. [There are] public documents."

We bet chick gets her money.  We'll let you know how that turns out....

Glowing mom-to-be Monica walked to the screening of "Fast & Furious 6" on the arms of her NBA baller husband Shannon Brown last night.

We love how Shannon, who plays for the Phoenix Suns, made sure his t-shirt matched the color scheme of his wife's gorgeous maternity gown.

The exclusive screening followed a private dinner for Ludacris' girlfriend Eudoxie.

Of course....Luda kept the party well-liquored up with Conjure.  

Ludacris' mom came out to see the film and support her son.

A never before seen all red colorway of Kanye West’s Nike Air Yeezy 2 sneakers were instagrammed by his girlfriend Kim Kardashian in the lead up to his SNL season finale performance. The shoes, which were pictured next to a CD case inscribed with his upcoming album title “Yeezus”, were hashtagged with the words #YeezySeason indicating that there’s a very good chance that Mr. West will be releasing his highly sought after sneakers in the very near future. Do you think Kanye’s going to release this red colorway, and if so are you buying?
